Terms and Conditions

You agree to have your message prepared and ready to present. You will have a maximum of 15 minutes per session – if you need more time, you can purchase an extra session (provided one is available).

You agree to arrive on time and be camera ready – which means your hair and make up will be done, dressed in clothing that represents you and your brand (there will be no time for hair/make-up and wardrobe changes), if you need extra time for any of that, you may come early and use our restroom.

This is the fun part! Once we film your video – we are going to edit it to make it look professional – we will add your logo and if needed, background music. We will deliver the final video within 2-4 weeks via a digital download.

You’ll need to send us your logo and contact information in your video, please provide your logo and any contact details you want presented on the video within 3 business days of filming.

Due to the limited slots and back to back booking, session fees are non-refundable and are due at the time of booking. Each session fee includes 1 15 minute filming session, professionally edited with background music (if needed) and logo added. Additional media can be added into your video at an additional cost of $20.00 per image/video clip. (You must have usage rights for all clips/images).

There are also some cases where a portion of that video clip can be pulled out for shorter social media sharing, you will be presented the option of purchasing those video clips but are not obligated to do so. Additional video clips not purchased will be deleted within 30 days of offer.

Basic editing includes deleting any major mistakes in your presentation, deleting major pauses or redundant content where necessary. Complex editing includes but is not limited to animated logos, adding additional footage or images, motion graphics and digitally enhancing appearance, this is not included in this sessions but can be provided for an additional fee at the client’s request. The fee will be quoted based on complexity and time required and the client will have the option to accept or decline those additions.

Once the video is presented, you will have one (1) round of changes included in your session fee. Any further changes made after those changes are made will be billed at $97/hour.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Please note that your session fee is non-refundable. In the event that you cancel your session after it has been scheduled, no refund of your session will be made to you. However, as we understand that schedules may change, in the event that you need to reschedule your session and you provide at least five (5) business days advance notice, your session fee may be applied to the next session event (date to be determined and based on availability) for an additional re-schedule fee of $50. If we are unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to fire or other casualty, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond control of the parties, or due to a grave illness of the videographer or other crew members, then the client will have the option to have all fees paid by the client will be returned in full or the client may reschedule to the next available date.
